On 22 May 2014, we entered into a non-binding strategic cooperation framework agreement ( (the “Framework Agreement”) with Mekorot, Huizhou Water Affairs Investment Group Limited, Beijing Capital Environment Construction (Hong Kong) Company Limited and Huizhou Beijing Capital Investment Development Limited in relation to environmental protection and water and sewage treatment works in China.

The parties also agree to begin their cooperation in projects regarding water conservation, treatment, purification and protection in Huizhou, as well as the Huizhou Marine Ecological Park BOT project.

Under the Framework Agreement, the parties shall cooperate to introduce the latest environmental protection technology and equipment from Israel to China. To achieve this goal, the parties agree to establish an environmental science and technology industrial park in Huizhou in the following areas:

Water treatment Desalination Wastewater treatment and effluent reuse

Signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China Railway 25th Bureau Group Co., Ltd on 12 July 2012 and work together for specific projects including:

Project financing Construction Land development Project contracting As well as environmentally friendly products processing and manufacturing etc.

Signed the Cooperation Agreement with the Zixing Municipal Government in Hunan on 20 July 2012 and to implement the cooperation in the following four fields:

Ecological environment protection of Dongjiang Lake Urban infrastructure constructions Tourism development projects Investment attraction from other major companies both at home and abroad in respect of individual project.

Signed the Cooperation Agreement with the Management Committee of Huoerguosi Economic Development Zone in Xinjiang to implement the cooperation in the environmental & ecological and infrastructure constructions related projects.
