Beijing Jingrui Kemai Water Purification Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of China Environmental Technology Holdings Limited, is a high-tech enterprise which is devoted to the development of magnetic separation water treatment technology, the world’s leading water treatment technology, with an aim of improving the water environment in China.

In March 2007, it has obtained its High-tech Enterprise Certification from Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission. It has projects that are included in the National Key Technology R&D Program under the Eleventh Five-Year Plan and others that have been filed by the Ministry of Construction.

In January 2008, an acceptance certificate was issued by the Ministry of Construction for its “Study of Application of Coagulation Loading and Magnetic Separation Water Treatment Technology”. In the same year, this technology was listed as a “2008 National Major Industrial Technology Development Project” by the Ministry of Construction.

  Beijing Shouqiang Innovative Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint venture invested jointly by China Environmental Technology Holdings Limited and Beijing Capital (Hong Kong) Limited (“Beijing Capital Hong Kong”). It engages in the sales of mobile magnetic separation water treatment equipment and highly-magnetic soil water treatment equipment as well as the provision of technical promotion and consultation services relating to them.

  Beijing Xinchuang Technology Development Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of China Environmental Technology Holdings Limited, successfully acquired Hulu Island BOT sewage treatment project held by Fanhe (Beijing) Water Investment Co., Ltd. in April 2010. Pursuant to the BOT contract, it was granted the concessionary right to operate Hulu Island BOT sewage treatment project and made commitments to it that involve the expansion of the project from the current daily capacity of 70,000 tons to 120,000 tons in 2010-2011. After the existing and upgrade the effluent standard of the project will be upgraded from Grade 2 to Grade 1A, being the highest national effluent standard.
