Introduction of Technology
Loading Coagulation and Magnetic Separation Technology
The Loading Coagulation and Magnetic Separation Water Treatment Technology is a new generation technology in filtration and purification that, by adding into wastewater a well-adjusted amount of coagulant and magnetic powder that increase the density of the wastewater and combines with pollutants, respectively, during chemical coagulating reaction, the pollutants are separated from the wastewater via effective precipitation and magnetic filtration. The magnetic powder is recollected and reused by the use of magnetic drum separators. The basic mechanism of the magnetic separation technique is that when wastewater flows on a magnetic surface that creates a magnetic field of steep gradient, magnetic pellets are collected bit by bit and thus the water is gradually purified.

Scope of Application

Decentralized wastewater treatment systems in urban and rural areas. Improving the water quality of rivers and lakes. Advanced phosphorus removal for municipal and industrial wastewater. Emergency treatment of municipal WWTPs.
